The Institute of Chemical Engineering Sciences was represented in the 10th Health Forum by two researchers with talks in two different sessions. Specifically, Dr. Maria Klapa, Principal Researcher and Head of the Metabolic Engineering and Systems Biology Laboratory participated in the session of the Association of Midwives Scientists of Patras with title “Digital services of Midwives- New technologies” and gave a talk on “New Technologies”. Moreover, Dr. Vassilis Drakopoulos, Senior Application Scientist, participated in the session of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises of Peloponnese and Western Greece entitled “Innovation in Health” and gave a talk on “Applications of 3D printing in the Health Sector”.

The hybrid 10th Health Forum took place on October 1-3, 2022 in the conference hall of the Regional Department of Technical Chamber of Greece and was co-organized by the Medical Association of Patras, the Region of Western Greece, the Chamber of Achaia, the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises of Peloponnese and Western Greece and had the support of Panhellenic Union of people with special needs of Western Greece and the Southern Ionian Islands and the Institute of Research and Innovation – IRIS.
