FORTH/ICE-HT is located at Rio, a suburb of the city of Patras, which is the largest city of Western Greece and Peloponnese. It has its own facility of 7850 m² on a land of ca. 24000 m². In addition, it has a modern Conference Center of 1050 m². The entire facility is at a fine site, which overlooks the bays of Corinth and Patras, as well as the new and well-known “Ch. Trikoupis” cable bridge. It is located 2 km NE of the campus of the University of Patras and close to the facility of the Patras Science Park.
