FORTH/ICE-HT is the host institution of the ERC Proof-of-Concept project, entitled “Graphene as effective anti-fading agent for the protection of artworks (GRAPHENART)”, for the protection of artworks using graphene. Dr. Constantine Galiotis, Professor of the Department of Chemical Engineering, University of Patras and Collaborating Faculty Member of FORTH/ICE-HT, is the leader of the project, which is a collaboration of FORTH/ICE-HT with University of Florence (IT) and Patras Science Park (GR). GRAPHENART is one of the 3 (among 160) funded projects which is highlighted in the ERC report for 2017.
