Presentation of the R&D Field of FORTH/ICE-HT “Nanotechnology/Advanced Materials” by Dr. Vladimiros Nikolakis
The organizing committee of the FORUM OF DEVELOPMENT 2009/12th Patras Money Show (www.forumanaptixis.gr) organized the well-established multi-conference and exhibition, on November 21 & 22, 2009, which took place in the familiar area of the Astir hotel in Patras.
The multi-conference FORUM OF DEVELOPMENT 2009/12th Patras Money Show, like every previous year, had chosen a central theme, as a direction for the established two-hour events, based on the developments taking place in the society and in the region of Western Greece. The central theme chosen by the organizers of this year was “THE POWER OF ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS“.
FORTH/ICE-HT participated again this year for the third year in a row with the presentation of the three Research & Development Areas of the Institute, as well as its spin-off companies in a specially designed stand. He also participated for the first time with a two-hour session on Saturday, November 21, from 12:00 to 14:00. The topic chosen by ICE-HT was: “The transformation of society through research” with the participation of selected companies that we had already collaborated with in the past.
