Establishment of the «Hellenic Center for Additive Manufacturing S.A. – HCAM»
The «Hellenic Center for Additive Manufacturing S.A. – HCAM» aspires to be a unique one-stop-shop for 3D printing, providing end-to-end technological solutions and integrated services in various sectors, such as energy, maritime, aerospace, medical, etc. The Institute is among the initiators of the company that was established in Patras in the framework of the Action “Competence Centers”, funded by the General Secretariat for Research and Innovation. The stakeholders have a strong presence in the R&I ecosystem: CBL Patras S.A., FORTH, MIRTEC S.A., LINO S.A., MONOLITHOS Catalysts Ltd, Neweleven Capital Ltd, OHB HELLAS mon.E.P.E., RAYMETRICS S.A., UBITECH Ltd. In addition to ICE-HT, FORTH participates in the company also through IESL and the Praxi Network.
