Visit of National Innovation Center par Excellence of P.R. China at the premises of ICE-HT
The Institute of Chemical Engineering Sciences (FORTH/ICE-HT) was visited by a delegation from the National Innovation Center par Excellence (NICE), Jiangsu City, People’s Republic of China, on May 26, 2025, accompanied by a representative of the Chinese Embassy of Greece. The purpose of the visit was to establish cooperation between us and support from NICE for joint Research, Development and Commercialization with overseas partners as well as with corresponding research institutes in P.R.China.
Dr. Theophilos Ioannides, Director of the institute, presented to the Chinese delegation the activities and interests of ICE-HT for cooperation in the fields of research and innovation. Then NICE Vice President, Kawabata Katsuya presented the Centre and the possibilities of cooperation. The presentations were attended in their entirety by the researchers of ICE-HT, where a constructive dialogue ensued.
