The MIT Enterprise Forum (MITEF) Greece 2021 Startup Competition was presented to FORTH personnel on December 9, 2020, using webinar technologies. The aim of the event was to inform researchers and startups about the competition and the support that can be offered to companies and enterpreneurial teams in various fields of science and technology. Introductory notes were delivered by Dr. Maria Klapa, FORTH/ICE-HT Researcher and founding member of MITEF Greece, and Mr. Gerasimos Spyridakis, Chairman of MITEF Greece. Subsequently, Mr. Vassilis Papakonstantinou, vice-chairman of MITEF Greece, gave a presentation of the competition followed by Mr. Giorgos Skretas, Founder & CEO of ResQ Biotech, 1^st winner of last year’s competition, and by a representative of Hellenic Petroleum. The presentations and discussion that followed were coordinated by Ms. Antigoni Molodanof, Executive Director of MITEF Greece.
