Advent Technologies intends to join NASDAQ
The Greek-origin spin-off company Advent Technologies, which is active in the development of the next generation technology of fuel cells and the production of energy from hydrogen with zero emissions and zero carbon dioxide emissions, announces its intention to enter into the Stock Exchange in New York (NASDAQ). Its entry will take place through a merger with AMCI and is expected to be completed in December 2020. The company was founded in 2005 by researchers of FORTH/ICE-HT and collaborating faculty members of the University of Patras.
