The Institute of Chemical Engineering Sciences of the Foundation for Research and Technology, Hellas (FORTH/ICE-HT) maintained a dynamic presence at the 15^th Energy Forum, held on March 16-17, 2026, at the My Way Hotel in Patras.

The Forum was co-organized by the Technical Chamber of Greece (Western Greece Section) and the financial newspaper “Symboulos Epicheiriseon”, with the institutional support of major regional stakeholders.

The Institute participated in the session titled “When businesses, organizations, and Municipalities implement the transition in practice,” which took place on Tuesday, March 17^th.

The keynote speaker representing ICE-HT was Dr. Stylianos Neophytides, Director of Research, who delivered a presentation on: “The role of FORTH/ICE-HT in the value chain of new energy technologies” During his speech, Dr. Neophytides analyzed the Institute’s strategic contribution to innovation and technological development. He placed particular emphasis on the chemical and electrochemical energy storage media being developed at FORTH, reaffirming the Institute’s leading role in the green transition.
