2nd QuIESCENT workshop on aerosol-cloud-climate interactions in the Arctic

The second workshop on Quantifying the Indirect Effect: from Sources to Climate Effects of Natural and Transported aerosol in the Arctic (QuIESCENT), will take place in a hybrid format (both in-person and online) at the Arctic Science Summit Week in Tromsø, Norway (30 March – 1 April 2022). The second QuIESCENT workshop aims to build on a cross-disciplinary bridge between physicists and chemists, experimentalists, modelers, and scientists from all perspectives that focus on Arctic cloud-aerosol interactions. The aim is to enhance collaboration between the different specialisms represented and design a pathway forward to improve the Arctic indirect effect in models across all spatial scales. Georgia Sotiropoulou, Marie Curie Fellow from CSTACC/ICE-HT/FORTH is one of the organizers.
Registration is open until Jan 14
