Is currently directing 1 project at UMCP, USA funded by the US National Science Foundation on quantitative systems biology in collaboration with Dr. John Quackenbush at The Institute for Genomic Research (TIGR), MD, USA.
Is actively participating as FORTH-ICE-HT researcher in the Nano2Life European Network of Excellence (www.nano2life.org).
