Research Activities:

Diffusion and sorption in porous materials. Single and multi phase flow in porous media. Evaporation and film formation. Flow at nanoscales. Pore structural analysis and digital reconstruction. Membrane-based separation processes. Hybrid media. Molecular simulations.

 

Participation in Research Projects:

1988-present: Participated in several European and national programmes, including RTD projects, Marie-Curie mobility and training projects, Networks of Excellence, and industry-funded projects. Principal Researcher in 25 EC or GSRT-funded projects, and 10 industrial contracts.

Over 170 publications in refereed journals and conference proceedings.
