Administration |
The primary function of the Administration Department is to provide
administrative and financial support as well as to advise the Director,
the Scientific Council and the research staff of the ICE-HT on related
administrative, financial, and accounting matters.
The Administrative Department includes the following Divisions:
| Accounting Division: |
This division is in charge of the accounting oversight
and recording of all Institute revenues and expenses, payments,
contracts, etc. |
| Personnel Division: |
This division is in charge of personnel contracts and the payroll,
the procedures of personnel hiring, issuance of service certificates
for the personnel, etc. |
| Purchasing & Research Contracts Division: |
This division is in charge of the purchases of goods (equipments,
supplies, etc.) from abroad as well as their payment, procedures
for bids for acquisitions of supplies, accounting oversight of the
research projects, as well the submission of their financial reports.
It, also, provides, financial councelling as well as the guidance
to the researchers during the stage of preparation of research proposals. |
| Secretarial Division: |
This division provides secretarial support to the Institute Researchers.
Furthermore, it supports the organization of conferences, seminars,
Award ceremonies and exhibitions, not only in house, but in any
other location. |
