Prof. Costas Galiotis, Honorary Fellow of FORTH\/ICE-HT and Professor Emeritus of Chemical Engineering Department of University of Patras, received the International Graphene Innovation Award for 2023 by the International Graphene Awards (IGA) committee,\u00a0 for the work of his group on the protection of art works with the use of 2D Materials.\u00a0 The award was presented to Prof. Galiotis by the Chairman of the Committee, Zhongfan Liu, Professor of the Peking University and Director of the Beijing Graphene Center in a ceremony in Shanghai, China on November 11, 2023 (please see photo), during the 23rd<\/sup>\u00a0International Graphene Innovation Conference (GRAPCHINA 2023).
