Particular attention is placed on efforts to drive the gender mainstreaming agenda and support equality and equal opportunities in the energy sector.\u00a0\u03a4he public-voted award was delivered by the European Commissioner for Energy\u00a0<strong>Kadri Simson<\/strong>\u00a0at the Awards Ceremony of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sustainable-energy-week.ec.europa.eu\/index_en\">European Sustainable Energy Week<\/a>\u00a0(EUSEW), the biggest annual event dedicated to renewables and energy efficiency in Europe, held in\u00a0Brussels\u00a0on June 20 2023.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As PhD candidate at the U. of Patras Chemical Engineering Department, Dr. Moschovi carried out her PhD thesis research at FORTH\/ICE-HT between 2008-2012 under the main supervision of Drs. V. Nikolakis and V. Dracopoulos.
